That shoudn't be causing a rejection. If your return was rejected, you should have gotten an email detailing the reason. If you did not, see below for information on determining and fixing the issue.

Why is it rejected, "the Primary SSN in the return header must not be the same as the TIN of a previously accepted elecrtonic individual tax return
