When going through the worksheets, why would Turbo Tax tell me I don't need to pay estimated payments for 2019, but my final tax document does say I need to?

The estimated tax forms automatically generate with tax returns in certain scenarios, but if you feel that you do not need to file them for 2019, you do not have to pay them. The forms can just be shredded.
