What is EPC?    Or did you mean to type CPA or EA instead; i.e., a tax expert?

You appear to be using Live Deluxe, for which you are paying extra (119.99 for Federal; 44.99 for state).   That product includes live help from a CPA/EA tax expert during return preparation, and a final review of your return prior to filing, which they will sign.

Is it asking you if you want to schedule the review of your return by the tax expert?

Did you stumble into the "Live" version by mistake?  If you did not use the services of a "Live" rep you can get rid of that and avoid the extra fee.
