When finishing taxes I get only credit karma debit card option beside paper check but when signed up it say something about verify info but I got app to try set it up

What are you trying to do? If you are trying to get the refund advance you have to agree to a Credit Karma card. Or are you trying to get your refund as a direct deposit and have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund?

All the options you are eligible for will be shown in step 2 of the FILE tab ... if you are not eligible for the advance you will need to choose another option.
