Are you entering the W-2G in the appropriate part of the interview for gambling income/loss? You should be in the Less Common Income section, and the subtopic "Gambling Winnings."
Here are the screens you should encounter in that section:
@psgunjan Your gambling losses may have no effect at all on your refund or tax due. Do you have enough itemized deductions such as mortgage interest, property tax, medical expenses, charity donations, etc. to exceed your standard deduction? If not, your gambling losses have no effect. But your winnings are taxable income.

Gambling winnings are taxable income. Losses are an itemized deduction. If you do not have enough itemized deductions to exceed your standard deduction, your losses will have no effect.
