When efiling a 1065 it asks for Employee W2s. My LLC has a disregarded entity that files its W2 under its own EIN. Do I report the combined W2s or just for the parent?

I'm assuming you are inputting total employee wages?

If "yes" then report combined as the SMLLC is disregarded for federal income tax purposes; just not the reporting of employment taxes (and a few other excise taxes).

When you submitted the request for the EIN (form SS-4) there were specific instructions on how to complete for a SMLLC.  If these were followed, all should be good to go.
