When download the return for mailing, it is missing the signature block. It does include the electronic postmark with the reject date, is that sufficient for the IRS?

Please be aware that the forms changed because of the tax law. Form 1040 is supposed to be two half pages, front and back, but when you print it out, both sides print on one page.  The signature place on the form 1040 is now on page 1 below the dependents.
