When do I add my husband's income when I'm filing married filing jointly

If you have properly included both names and indicated that you are filing jointly, each page that requests an entry would ask which of you the income belongs to. It is easier to enter all the W-2s, then move on to each type of income and enter what belongs to each of you at the same time. Depending on the category, you might need to go through a long interview before you finish and can proceed to the next person.

Okay now I got another question I was wondering where do I submit my husband's unemployment benefits

Here's where to report your 1099-G for unemployment or paid family leave.
Unemployment compensation and paid family leave are entered in the same place:
1. Open your tax return.
(To do this, sign in to TurboTax and select the blue Take me to my return button.)
2. Using the Search feature in the upper right corner of the screen, enter 'unemployment compensation' and perform the search. Then select the “Jump to” link, which is the first item in the search results.
3. On the Unemployment (and Paid Family Leave) screen, answer Yes and select Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-G information.
