when are dividends considered earned for allocation purposes for a part year resident of Pennsylvania?

If I received dividends after the date i became a Florida resident, do I report them to Pennsylvania where I was a resident previously?

when are dividends considered earned for allocation purposes for a part year resident of Pennsylvania?

Dividends that were paid after you became a resident of Florida are not taxable by PA, the state you previously resided in.  Your 1099-DIV should have a supplemental detail showing the dates your dividends were paid.
