No one else can look at your return. Only you can access it and look at the return. Your proof that you paid your tax due would be your own bank/credit card records.

It's not not clear what you're really asking and why.
"Income tax paid" is not an IRS term. Your Federal calculated income tax is shown on line 11 of form 1040 (2018). Your income tax liability (tax after nonrefundable credits) is shown on line 13. Line 15 shows total tax (income tax + self employment tax and any other taxes from Schedule 4). If you paid a balanced due, at tax filing time, that will show on line 22.
