What version of TurboTax should I use to file both federal and state income tax returns for the year 2014, the year I moved out of the country (part year) / got married?

The only income I have to report for this year was earned in the US- in NY state. Also, I will be filing individually, and my spouse is not a US citizen- and therefore has no Social Security or tax ID number.

It sounds as if your tax filing will be very easy, so I would suggest that you try using the Turbotax Free Edition for tax year 2014.
