What should I do if the payment option page will not load and I can't pay for or file my return?

This seems to be an issue this am ... if clearing your cookies or using a different browser doesn't fix it then try again later in the day.

The page to pay for and file my return is not loading. I've tried 3 browsers.

I have more trouble with Turbotax this year than the last 10 years combined.
