What should I do if box 11 from my W2 does not import into TurboTax when doing my 2023 taxes?

My paper W2 shows a value in box 11 on my W2, but when I import my W2 in the TurboTax software the value in box 11 does not import.

Always check an imported W-2.  If the information that imported is not consistent with the paper copy you have, then correct the necessary boxes in the software so that it all matches the paper copy.

To edit an imported W-2 In TurboTax Online or CD/Download:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. From the menu, select Search and type-in W-2.
3. Select the Jump to link in the search results.
4. On the Your W-2 info so far screen, select Edit next to the W-2 you want to change.
5. Add the information from Box 11 and continue.
