What's my quarterly wages for 2019

We have no idea what your quarterly 2019 wages were.  Did you file quarterly estimated taxes and keep track of them?  Why are you looking for that?  What are you trying to do?

Do you need your quarterly wages to apply for unemployment? Your quarterly wages are not on your tax return, your W-2, or any other tax documents. You will have to figure it out from your own records, such as pay stubs or paycheck deposits to your bank account, or ask your employer. If you worked steadily all year, at the same pay, you could just divide your total wages for the year by 4.

What?  Are you trying to fill out form 2210 for underpayment Penalty?   You have to manually add up your gross pay and other income like interest for each time period listed for line 1a - 1d.  Here’s a blank one to help

If you are trying to use the Annualized Income Method (on Form 2210) to reduce an underpayment penalty, note that the four time periods for which you have to enter your income do not correspond to calendar quarters. They are 3 months, 5 months, 8 months, and 12 months. So you cannot use quarterly wages for that purpose.
