You will enter your 1095-A exactly as it appears on your form. The dollar amounts in column a, b and c should match what is on your form.
If you are asking about the allocation amounts, these amounts are only entered if you shared the policy with another taxpayer who is not on your return.
These would not be dollar amounts, these would be percentages.
If you are sharing this policy with someone who is not on your tax return, then you and that person can enter any amount that you agree upon as long as the total equals 100%. If this is a policy that is shared with your parents and they are not claiming you as a dependent on their return, then you can ask them how they would like to split the premiums. Many times parents claim 100% and the child claims 0%. However, it does not have to be that way.
