What is "we need your consent to process wit this payment option." I did Not choose to pay turbo tax by my tax return. So what is this form for?!

What the hell is the "We need your consent to process with this payment option" form.  I have asked 15 times. There should be a direct answer.

What is this form for? Is it just to get my refund sent to my bank?  IF this form is to take your turbo tax fee to file$20 from my tax return, Do Not.  I paid by visa.  So why do you have this form in my tax return?  FIX it.

TurboTax will need your consent to process any payment option.  Just be sure you have selected the payment option you want and then proceed.
