What is this additional $39.99 charge to file

I purchased the cd for home and business and then realized that my new computer does not have a disc so you gave me the online version. So why do I have to pay an additional $24.99 for the state efile and then another $39.99 to process it??

The program does not know you purchased the other product.

Call customer service to request a refund, phone (800) 446-8848.
