What is the problem with turbo tax, i can not go past this page

Log off, and then back in on an entirely different browser.

 

and don't use a phone if that's what you are using........

What is the problem with turbo tax, i can not go past this page

You may need to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions for each:
