It is possible that you are claiming the standard deduction on your federal return but on your Oregon return you are able to itemize them. You can look on the schedule A on your Oregon return to see if here are any deduction listed there. The Oregon standard deduction for a single filer is $2,350 and $4,700 for married-filing Joint. Your Oregon itemized deduction may be more than these amounts.

I am having trouble also with OR=A and the answer that Turbo gave doesn't help It refers me back to a form A that doesn't make sense.....when will this form be available (rather than soon)?
Form OR-A is scheduled to be released on February 3, 2022. It is the Oregon adjustments to itemized deductions.
When will the OR-A form be available?
Today is February 3.
Yes, according to Turbo Tax, it is available. To clarify, are you working Turbo online or using the desktop version?
I'm working on my MacBook Pro with a download purchased from Amazon. There's an exclamation mark next to Form OR-A and it says Do Not File in red.
How do I get the form?
When form says Feb 3, it may not be released until almost midnight. Always check the next day.
According to this link on availability of Oregon forms on the Mac software, the OR-A is available now. What happens if you update your software and try again?
