So, I've been waiting awhile for the Wells data to be import-ready. Today was supposed to be the day. Nada. I get a message that if my institution has the paper forms, I can just type them in. Sure? Then why buy TT? Try entering 23 stock trades manually.
Anyone have any reliable info on this issue?

See these links for more details on importing your Wells Fargo information.
When will I be able to import my 1099?
What if I can't import my 1099?
Also Wells Fargo does have 2 different names listed as an approved partner so make sure you are selecting the correct brokerage name based upon your investments.
I'm having the same issue...I was able to import our Wells Fargo Advisors information yesterday, but our Wells Fargo investment info hasn't worked. It logs me in, I can see our accounts, and the login dialog box goes away and the web page comes back up for a few seconds and then I get a 'Something unexpected happened and we can't connect to Wells Fargo. Try again in a few hours. (590)"
Which...you did connect because I can see my accounts. So, why can't it get the account information? Wells Fargo has the data ready but TT can't read it?
Why is it not able to do this?
Very frustrating
I just came across this from another user: What fixed it for me was a security setting under Windows Settings, Network & Internet, Advanced Network Settings, Internet Options, Security tab. Mine had defaulted to a Medium High security zone. I changed it to Medium and that fixed it.
Can you let me know if this works?
