The AGI shown on your 2017 tax return is already a whole dollar amount. There is no need to round up or down.
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
You can also get free transcripts of your federal return from the IRS - http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
And When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742
If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
