What if you don't have a credit card to pay the fee

How to pay the Online Fees. If you don't have a credit card you can get a prepaid VISA card at Walmart or somewhere.  Or you can have the fees deducted from a federal refund if your refund is big enough.  But there is an extra $40 Service charge to have it deducted.
