What if my employer does not wants to provide its State ID, I can finish my file without that field and without problems with the ARS?
I Worked at Oregon last year and my employer does not want to provide me its state id and I definitely payed state taxes there and my W2 has data in box 16 and 17. Can I finish my file without that info? Turbotax says that is a required field.

Box 15 is asking for your employer's state tax identification number. If your employer has not provided a state tax id, you can enter the federal tax identification number here.
