What if i receive my stimulus and my account balance is in the negatives?

That is a question to ask your bank. Most likely some of the stimulus would be used by the bank to cover the amount that you are overdrawn by.

The stimulus deposit is no different than any other bank deposit ... if you are overdrawn then part of the deposit is used to make the account flush.

Why am I being denied the option to pay with my return? I have no outstanding loan balance or know of any negative mark that would warrant this, that I know of.
