What if i entered 1099 misc as self-employment but it is really Nonemployment Compensation?

I work a side job stocking coffee at local stores, the coffee company that hired me issues me 1099-MISC with the amount in Box 7. On my taxes it was filled out under self-employment. Is this correct? On my previous tax return it was under "Income" 21-Other Income "Non-Employee compensation from 1099-Misc and this year it is under "Income" 12-Business income or (loss). Did this affect my refund/payment?

In this situation it is the same thing. Generally, the IRS always considers income reported on Form 1099-MISC, box 7 as self-employment income.
