What if I didn’t pay for my own health insurance one of my parents paid for it for me do I answer no to health insurance?

I believe the question (if under the Health Insurance section) is asking if you HAD health insurance for the entire year. If you HAD health insurance for the entire year of 2018, you can answer yes.
