What if I didn't file my taxes in 2021?

I presume you mean you don't have an AGI for 2020.   If you didn't file a 2020 return last year, then when verifying your current 2021 return for efiling, you would enter a 2020 AGI of 0 (zero).

ADDENDUM:

Were you supposed to have filed a 2020 return last year?   If you also need to file a late 2020 return, then the 2020 return cannot be prepared in Online TurboTax, which is only for a 2021 return.  To prepare a 2020 return with TurboTax you would need the 2020 software (CD/download).
