What if I currently married, but I am not living with my spouse and don't know his ssn. He refuses to give it to me . What should I do?

You would file as Married Filing Separate, since he won't give you his information you would need to mail iin your return, you cannot e-file.

Maybe you have a older joint return, it would have his SSN on it.
