Then you would need to send in an Amended return to add the other W2. Did you already file without it? You must report all your income on the same tax return. You need to wait to file until you get all your W2s and any 1099s. They have until Jan 31 to send them to you.
You must report all your 2022 income on a single 2022 tax return. If you file and then later find other income, you will have to file an amended return. If you forget income and file, and don't file an amended return, the IRS will eventually bill you for taxes, penalties and interest, if the missing W-2 causes you to owe more tax or get a smaller refund.
As per @opus17 & @VolvoGirl you must enter all W-2’s on your tax return for the tax year to which they apply. Failure to do so will understate your income and affect your income tax due. The IRS will catch a missing w-2 and that could mean you will owe additional tax and penalties.
If you forgot to enter a W-2 and have not already filed your tax return, you can easily add the additional W-2 before filing your tax return.

If you have already filed your tax return, you will have to file an amended return for that tax year that the missing w-2 applies.
