What form do I use to justify claiming my ex spouse as a dependent. She made less that the minimum and we were divorced for over a year and she lived in my home.

No form....she just needs to meet the qualifications already described:

Of course, should the IRS question it later, You need to be able to show they met the 4 tests as a qualifying person:
