Yes if you are filing a return you must report all your income no matter how small. Even $1 of bank interest you don't get a 1099Int for.

Okay, what if I don't have any W2s to file?

What else do you have besides the 1099? Are you a dependent on someone else's return? What is your filing status? Single, Married, Head of Household?

Nothing. I'm a Dependant but they already filed and the paper just came in today
