What does this mean when I try to e-file? I can't be too early. We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

I have tried two browsers and it is the same. I have a simple return, so this should not be a challenge.

TurboTax is aware of this problem and it is under investigation.  So sorry for the inconvenience.  I'll do my best to update you when the issue is resolved.  Thank you for your patience.

It has been several days and I still can't transmit them. At this point I want my money back so I can e-file somewhere else that doesn't have crappy support. I tried to get a representative and the robo call just auto-hung up on me. This is annoying.

I am happy to finally have some guidance on this issue.  Please see the TurboTax Article I'm linking below.  The issue is expected to be resolved on 2/24/22, when NC forms are made available.  The article does give users an opportunity to sign up for email notification when the issue has been resolved.
