I've paid to file but can not go to steps 2 (file fed) or 3 (file state) because it reads: The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms.  What is the hold up? Please advise.

Some forms you need to file your tax return is not yet finalized by the IRS. You can click on Review on the left-hand side of your TurboTax Online screen and your forms and dates available will be displayed. You can also sign up for a email notification, there will be a link that will allow you to get email notifications and updates on your form(s) availability. This way you will know right away when you can complete your transmission to the IRS.
