What does it mean when it says solved but still says rejected

We do not know where you are seeing the word "solved." That would not be a word used in your online account to indicate the status of your e-file. Your account is going to say your return was "accepted." "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail." Where are you seeing the word "solved?"
