What does it mean when it says i have an overpayment and if i want to include in 2020 taxes

It means that you will be getting a refund on your tax return.  But instead of actually getting the refund, you can tell the IRS to keep the money and apply it to next year's tax return (2020).

If you usually get a refund, you probably don't need to apply it to next year.
