What does an agent there see when I'm typing in personal sensitive data when I'm on the phone with him/her and he/she can see my screen?

Like when I'm typing in DL numbers, credit card info, bank numbers, IP PIN, and answers to IRS security questions?

Turbotax agents can not see any of your personal information when using screen share. That Includes:

Driver license numbers
Credit Card information
IP PIN
Social Security numbers
EIN numbers
Security questions
Bank Information
State Identification
