What do you do when a state rejects your efile and gives you no reason?

You can find the reason of the rejection in TurboTax:

1. Sign in to TurboTax
2. Select Fix my return to see your rejection code and explanation
3. Select Fix it now and follow the instructions to update the info causing the reject
4. Once you've fixed the error, select File and follow the instructions to either e-file or file by mail

Thank you for your suggestions.  I was able to “redo” my state taxes and found that there was a box that needed to be checked that I skipped.  The problem I had was turbo tax did not catch this when they checked my return for errors.   I submitted to state and the state kicked it back without a reason.  I am disappointed with what turbo tax did, who should have caught this when “they checked for errors”. I have used turbo tax for many many years but I’m undecided what I will do going forward.
