What do you do if you cannot go past step 2. It's like it is glitching or something. All the payment info is correct but it reverts back to step 2 again. No step 3 button

I have already tried clearing out the cookie, cache, ect. I even tried to do it on my phone, desktop, and laptop.

Try a different browser. If that doesn't work, please call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
