What do I need to do to get my Stimulaus check if my ex-husband already received it and refused to give it back as our divorce is based upon domestic violence

If you are unmarried as of Dec 31 2019, you need to file as Single and you may apply for the stimulus payment on your 2020 tax return ; if your ex got $2,400, they filed incorrectly.
