What do I need to do to find out why my residency status needs changed? I have tried every option and it still gets rejected. my husband and I have only lived and worked in the state of WV. desperate

If you each lived and worked only in WV for all of 2018, check your answers in the My Info section. Make sure you entered WV as the state of residence for each of you, and that you said you did NOT live in any other state.  And make sure you indicated that you had NO other state income.
