What do I do when My w-2 has no entries in boxes 1 and 2. Turbo tax will not accept. Keeps coming up with an error.

I have social security wages but zero federal wages.  Turbo tax will not accept this entry.  Even if I put "0" in box 1.  What do I do?

Once we know the point of the w2 (i.e. something in Box 12 most likely), we can better advise.

What is on the W2? Chances are, this W2 doesn't need to be entered as it has no impact on your return other than preventing you from filing electronically.

Is it a "J" in Box 12? If so, delete the thing altogether.
