What do I do now I never received last years refund and tried filing year but reject because I dont know IP PIN?

Your 2018 return was rejected and you did not follow up and do anything to get it to the IRS?  E-filing for 2018 returns has been closed since October 15, 2019.  The only way to file a 2018 return now is to print it, sign it, and mail it.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
