What do i do if my returns were taken by the irs? I still have a balance for my services rendered. I wish to resolve so I may use turbo tax again next year.

Irs took my federal refund and I was paying for my tax preperation out of my refund.

You will receive a series of Emails from TurboTax notifying you of the upcoming debit for fees.

If you don't receive a Refund, your bank account will be debited after your expected refund date.

The emails will have Contact Info if you need help.
