Ask your employer to send you (and the IRS) a corrected W-2.

Since the IRS only looks at the first 4 letters of your LAST name, your year of birth and your SS# the rest of the information can be dead wrong. Get it fixed for the future for sure and if they don't mind fixing the current form get it done also but it is not a problem.
