there is no statue of limtations on back ataxes.
if you owe for a certain year, you owe, even if it is from 2013.
but if you are due a refund, there is a 3 year limit to claiming those. So you could only claim a refund for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
if you were due refunds for all these back years, the IRS is really not going to care.
do you have all income documentation going back that far?
See IRS Pub 17 or Instructions for 1040 to see
who must file based on your income and circumstances.
If you can get a refund, 2020 is the earliest year to start from.
You can't get your refund for earlier tax years.
If you got the full stimulus payments, do not put that amount on 2020 Form 1040 Line 30.
