Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen. Edit your personal information. On the screen showing your Social Security number, Uncheck the box labeled Not Valid for Employment.

You were asked in MY INFO if your SS card says valid for employment. If you skipped past that question or answered incorrectly, that is causing your current issue. Go back to MY INFO, click your name and go slowly and carefully through the questions again.
