Wait for the letter from the IRS. Could you have made a data entry error, or forgotten to claim some income?

I received a notice for my NC state return. It was for Income Tax Adjustment. They changed the taxable percentage (decimal amount). I do not know if its the same for federal. I haven't gotten a notice from Federal yet and they have been processing my e-file since Feb 12.
