If you haven't filed yet, go back and change it. If it was on the 1098-T, type 1098-T into the search box and then click the "Jump to 1098-T" link.
If you have filed, let the the return process. It won't affect your tax liability. The IRS may correct the error, or you may get a letter from the IRS asking about it. More than likely the IRS will correct it.

I currently have this problem. Will it affect my tax refund like the date I was supposed to get it ?
Hey did you get an update on this? Did you receive your return in time?
If you haven't filed yet, you can go back and change the EIN for your school in the Education section. EDIT yourself, then your School.
If you have already filed and your return has been Accepted by the IRS, don't worry. The 1098-T is not a required document for a tax return, and they are often incorrect.
Yes I already filed and it is accepted so that means I’m good basically? Just was scared that it would hold up my refund
No, it shouldn’t hold up your refund. The 1098-T is an informational form, and you aren’t required to enter information from it unless you’re claiming education credits. If you are claiming a credit, you must report the tuition, fees, and scholarships received.
I am receiving credit
Receiving credit from the school I accidentally put the wrong info for
If you've already filed, and you entered the wrong EIN for your school when entering your 1098-T in TurboTax, if your return is Rejected, you can correct it. It may not be an issue, as it's the Box 1 and Box 5 amounts that determine your credit (which isn't coming from the school).
Ok thanks very much
