What can I do to confirm that my tax payment to California is being processed?

I filed my federal and state tax returns through Turbo Tax e-file.  Because I owed money to both agencies, I arranged for an EFT but I am only seeing that the federal payment has been processed.  How can I find out what hasn't gone as planned?  The due date is Monday.

TurboTax does not pay your tax due so we have no information about it.  The program only transmits your preferred payment information to the state and IRS but only those tax authorities can initiate a transaction in your account.

Check to make sure your state return was accepted:

You would have to contact your state for information about the payment.  Start with your state Department of Revenue website for contact information.
