Yes, provided you provide half (or more) of his financial support and you're the only one claiming him, you should have no issues claiming your son.

How do I do this?  I have been searching, but it says that I cannot since he is 18.

Are you trying to claim him for the Child Care Tax Credit, or just as a dependent?

If you are just trying to claim him as a dependent, you should be able to list him under "Dependents" in the Personal Information tab. For the Child Care Tax Credit, I believe it is only if you paid babysitters/daycare. Try going through the Personal Information tab to see if you can add him.
